Segment#1: Supreme Court holds America in the balance
I'll lead you through the confusion. Can the Obamacare Mandate be called a tax? They look first about jurisdiction. It looks like they will sidestep that for now and go ahead and hear it. If it is a tax, then The Regime could just go ahead.
If it settles on being a tax, then The Regime has a political campaign problem, having said that nobody's tax would go up under Obama. TIAI would say, "You can't be sued for being taxed before you have been taxed." Heritage Foundation goes over it in great lengths.
Fascinating how DbM focuses on how conservative justices will vote, and whether they can be pressured by media to see it the 'right way'. The arguments are now over, and would have had to wait till 2015 had they decided the Mandate is a tax. Gallop Poll shows Americans show 72% to 20% believe forcing Americans is unconstitutional, even Democrats.
Even in an election year, The Regime doesn't care about opinion.

One correction, there is one poll has Obamacare disapproval under 50% since CBS poll has that at 47%; but read the story to find only 36% approve it. They advertise their poll with the wrong headline.
For two years, DNC, The Regime, Obama and democrats have not been able to convince the American people. Everyone disapproves, including the braindead generation living in MTV and pop culture. They also don't buy into Global Warming.
Every third of fourth generation stands up and says, "You know what? We are not going to live this way. We reject the madness." I believe we are at the beginning. "We are not going to live with what has been given us."
FoxNews indicates that the Supreme Court will not stall but go ahead.

Interesting to extrapolate what the Supreme Court started on: If you cannot be forced into an illegal contract, they you have no mandate at all. Citizens will not just lay down and give their choices away. Obama and cohorts know this and that is why they want to coheres everyone.

In Sanford FL the new Black Panther leader puts up a $10,000 bounty for the man who killed Trayvon Martin. It sounds like the Duke LaCrosse case, before anybody knew the facts. The NYTimes said George Zimmerman was a white Hispanic. Also all of Drive-by Media call him a white Hispanic.
How can you have a 'bounty' on a man who hasn't been charged? No one says, "Can we cool this down a little bit?" People inflame and make it bigger, from the WH on down. In 2008, New Black Panthers intimidated voters; Holder wouldn't prosecute.

Where is the president or attorney general to calm things down?
I've been expecting the president to stand up all weekend long, to speak against the bounty. I know he is in N.Korea, but he could still say something. I remember the 1990s during the Rodney King riots happened when officers were found 'not guilty'. President Bush had it looked into.
Shouldn't someone quell violence before the powder keg explodes even more?

DbM had not vetted Obama; there was no journalistic curiosity and diligence.

There is cultural rot and Santorum's mistake is that he thinks a Majority sees things as he does. I do not understand POTUS not saying anything (or Eric Holder) when New Black Panthers offers a bounty. The Left sees things as political opportunities.

S#7: Supporting Drive-by Media assumes which side must 'compromise'
Genuinely troubling is that the four Liberal justices are not encouraged to be 'open minded', only Anthony Kennedy and the four Conservatives. DbM tries to bring pressure to go against the Constitution.
We have to rely on one or two Justices to protect the Republic?
That is precarious when Freedom is on the scales. Elena Kagan should have recused herself. Her job was to defend Obamacare. She should do that on her own as a matter of honor and legal ethics.
Obamacare is precisely why Obama nominated Elena Kagan. Obama wants to have an automatic vote for Liberalism/Marxism. The Solicitor General represents the government in trials before the Supreme Court. Republicans may try to do the same, without success. David Souter became Liberal over time.
DbM won't even ask Leftist on the court to be 'open minded'; they are there to just vote Obama's way.
Witness and security cameras caught three African American males fleeing the dorms, shortly after a 21-yr-old Mississippi U. student was shot multiple times.
Killers were not students.

He wanted to be a cop, self-appointed neighborhood watch guy. The facts we still don't know even though this happened almost a month ago. With a powder keg like this, you would think WH and Holder would try to calm things down.

From the Rush Limbaugh Morning Update: "Good Policy"
To raise, or not to raise. That, my friends, was the question facing officials in California. I have two stories on this. First story: For 18,000 Los Angeles County employees, the answer was: "not to raise." No cost-of-living increases this year, thanks to the Board of Supervisors. Not granting raises, they say, will prevent layoffs and furloughs.
Among those affected: firefighters, probation officers, lifeguards, investigators for the DA, and sheriff's deputies. County workers haven't received cost-of-living raises since 2009.
Before you start crying, remember, most government workers' salaries exceed their private-sector counterparts. And last time I looked, Republicans aren't running LA's Board of Supervisors. Since Democrats and government workers' unions only blame Republicans for their problems, and since this decision is being hailed as "fiscal restraint during tough economic times," they all must think is a great policy.
Story two: After delivering a harsh financial forecast and slashing budgets that will deny admission for thousands of students the California State University trustees approved 10 percent pay hikes for two presidents. They got raised. With the increases, these presidents will enjoy salaries over $300,000 each. But wait. They also got a $12,000 car allowance. And, there's more. Each recipient was also entitled, and therefore granted, a $60,000 allowance, to offset their housing costs!
Last time I looked, the California State University trustees were not Republicans. These, are liberals. So, this case of the rich getting richer, while the poor students get kicked in the behind, why that must be good policy!
