Your Rush Limbaugh Echo for Monday, 6/18/12
Student NOTES from Institute juniors, not 'official'
Opening: What was the big news over the weekend?
_____________________________________________________________
Seg#1: Does asking a proper question constitute 'heckling'?
[Snerdley guesses, off-air] No, not that Rodney King died at the bottom of his swimming pool; not that Obama wants to meet with Putin; Not that Obama bypasses Congress and shreds the Constitution; the big news is that a reporter asked Obama about USA workers. DbM wants this guy strangled by his necktie.
Imagine! Daily Caller Neal Munro heckling the president by asking him a question. What to you think Sam Donnellson did to Reagan all through the 1980s? Dan Rather did it to Nixon. The whole purpose was to make Reagan appear aloof.
The reporter, Neal Munro, ran from the other reporters all the way to Washington Monument. All he did was ask the question about other American workers when illegals are given preference. Remember Helen Thomas (whiny voice)?
Democrat front man Chris Cillizza whines for Obama in W-Post, "It's so partisan can a president even govern anymore?" ((Reading: Can he win reelection.)) Are they 'throwing it in?' The pessimism started when Pelosi and gang took over the House in 2007 and when Obama was elected in 2008.
Before 'new media' [like FoxNews], writing at the Washington Post used to mean something. Same at ABC, CBS, and NBC. They determined the news Agenda. Now, better news is available online and from many sources.
One reporter asked a proper question and that is "too much partisanship"?
During Watergate, DbM hated Nixon and tried to drum him out of business. In their minds, they were successful. Do you see that today?
Then I thank Sarah Palin for pointing out the bias and drumming out of business. ((Clip-Palin: We listened to Rush Limbaugh. "What doesn't kill 'ya, makes you stronger." When they attack him, they make his points stronger.)) Thanks!
((Reading-W-Post: An even bigger question than if Obama will find reelection is the partisanship.)) Reagan was hated in media but was reelected. There is so little faith in Obama that DbM now wants a truce.
>>> History shows that presidents are reelected when they perform.
_____________________________________________________________
Seg#2: Clinton and Reagan were reelected, even with partisanship
There is more in the Chris Cillizza W-Post article. He quotes another Democrat hit-man: ((Reading: Every flaw of a president is examined today.)) That never happened before? Obama was so worshipped, but not anymore. We, to this day, do not know many details about Barack Hussein Oblame-o Kardashian.
Clinton got reelected despite everything being known about him. Obama Oblame-o Kardashian has not been investigated. His administration has not been transparent as Democrats promised.
He responded to nothing in the Rose Garden.
>>> How has The Regime responded to Fast & Furious?
_____________________________________________________________
Seg#3: Drive-by Media Liberals are 'in the tank' for Oblame-o
Chris Cillizza says Obama is forced to respond to criticism every day. No, he isn't. Solyndra, Fast/Furious, and now work for illegals — he responds to none of it.
Chris Cillizza complains and says Obama has a tough time to put out a clear message. Who, Chris? You or The Regime? They protected Obama. He is saying that if there wasn't new media of blogs and FoxNews, they would have a monopoly to reelect Obama.
Doesn't it make it tough for Romney when you line up against him?
What upsets DbM is they are totally in the tank for Obama, trying to protect and prop him up, and they are losing! They didn't want to have to sell anything, but just announce it.
Newsweek Mark Halperin, back in the Jimmy Carter era, "Is the presidency too big for just one man now" Nov 17, 2010, to excuse his incompetency. People on the Left say this when their man is in trouble. 1970s (40 years ago) and they say it now again. It is funny.
Ronaldo Maximus and Nancy Reagan rolled in a birthday cake. Sam Donnellson asked her if he wanted her husband to change anything. "Do you think you are getting to old to run again, Mr President?" She turned it into a joke, "Do you want a piece of cake, Sam?"
((Clip-Montage: Would they do this with a White president? Why heckle him? He is doing an outstanding job, but there are some that just don't like it.)) How cheap, predictable, and biased. These are the same people who laughed when a shoe was thrown at Bush in Iraq. They were disappointed the shoe missed.
>>> I got over Oblame-o's skin color and care only about his policies.
> > > Everybody knows Munro was heckling Obama's White half.
_____________________________________________________________
Seg#4: Why isn't the rest of the world making Oblame-o look good ?
Bob Schieffer has a guest who question Obama holding the Rose Garden announcement on Friday afternoon, to bury giving rights to illegals.
Caller-AZ: W-Post assumes Obama is the best we have had; and that he is succeeding as best he can.
It can't be his fault his popularity is below 50%. NYTimes blames the rest of the world for Oblame-o's problems.
January 21, 2011, had Mubarak in trouble and Muslim Brotherhood rising in Egypt. A reporter asked a man on the street what he thought about Obama. "He's not here, why are you asking about Obama?" Meanwhile, our moderate Republicans were praising The Arab Spring.
Turns out they are not 'moderate' and now the military is running Egypt. Think back at our 'moderate' Republicans praising democracy on the rise. ((Reading The New York Times: In a world of trouble, Obama faces reelection.)) Can he handle it all?
We were told that the Muslim Brothers were not behind the Arab Spring, wouldn't start a party, run for the presidency. Everything we told they wouldn't do has now happened. On the other hand, we predicted this could all happen. Don't they realize Obama is running for a second term?
Europe also. There really is brazen stupidity at the top of Journalism today. Now the Russians are cracking down at home, giving defense missiles to Syria. How petty they are:
>>> don't they realize their job is to make Obama look good?
_____________________________________________________________
Seg#5: Sadly, one hour of broadcast is already over. Sit tight.
_____________________________________________________________
Seg#6: Does Joe Biden get edgy knowing Obama is a sinking ship?
(Theme Music) Second headline in The New York Times, with Europe not cooperating with Obama. "Tell Vlad to chill out; I'll have more flexibility after I'm reelected", and so Russia sends missiles to Syria. The world wanted Obama elected, but now they don't like him anymore. In the NYTimes, none of this is Obama's fault.
With illegals, it is not the first time Obama ignores the Constitution. Look at how he attacked the Catholic Church on forcing them to promote birth control and Abortion. He decreed to not enforce Defense of Marriage Act.
NYC mayor Doomburg wanted to limit your pop supersize. ((Reading: Supporters laud Mayor Doomberg while others don't like it. The main predictors of child obesity in Canada are family income, race, and household food security.)) So Capitalism is the fix to these problems.
First we have all the health myths, and then we find out they are not true. Who paid for the study on child obesity: sugar is not the problem.
An Australian couple had a 'bucket list' before he would die. They did everything and went $100,000 in credit card debt, and then were told the diagnosis was wrong. He is not going to die after all. Frank and Wilma made every day count after selling their house, and picking up smoking again.
VP Biden said, "My Dad never worked in a coal mine; Obama makes me sound like I just climbed out." He is offended, but why? Rats jump off a sinking ship. [Does he want to run later?] "Barack makes me sound like I just climbed out of a mine carrying a lunch bucket."
Elizabeth Wrtzle writes that rich women ruin feminism. She writes, "Being a mother at home is not a real job, and the men running business know it." Another attack on Ann Romney will backfire like it did before.
>>> Many in small business went a year without paying themselves.
_____________________________________________________________
Seg#7: Democrats/DbM blame everybody/everything but Obama
I can't get over this: Joe Biden is upset and insulted when Obama implies the Biden family did 'blue collar' work. You union people should notice what he thinks of 'blue collar' work.
In Obama's hometown in Chicago, "one dead and six wounded", more dangerous than in Kabal Afghanistan. You can Google-map murder locations in Chicago, it is so common.
Caller-TX: Too much for one man? Yes, if Liberal, dictating to everyone. On the other hand, if a Conservative is there, reading the Constitution, it's OK.
Like Wm F. Buckley one said, take the first 100 names in the phone book and he would rather be governed by them than the Harvard faculty.
>>> They think the force of Obama's charisma is enough.
And when that doesn't work, they blame everybody/everything but Obama.
_____________________________________________________________
Seg#8: Making the case for radical Feminazis — Will it work ?
Valerie Jared had 100 cops in Chicago assigned to her daughter's wedding, frisking even children. Did they require photo ID to get in? Eric Holder, Obama and Moochelle attended.
Last Friday in Orlando with mayors ((Clip-Biden: President Obama makes me sound like I just climbed out of a mine with a lunch bucket. My family never worked in a factory or food fair.)) What is Richard Trumka and union thug leaders going to say?
Sheldon Cohen leads three studies showing there is an increase in stress. Finance is a factor. As you get older, your stress decreases since you don't care as much, and don't listen to moaners. Lower incomes make us stressed and fat. Rise of Liberalism causes the stress.
Gateway Pundit Jim Hoff ((Reading about Ann Romney: We can be just as loud on why we love America.)) This is why the Romney Team pays back with three buses circling Obama's 'major speech' building.
Atlantic Journal ((Reading: Being a mother is not a real job . . . They want to be liked. I am going to smack the next woman that tells me that staying home and being a mother is her choice for Feminism!)) With feminists, 'equal' is how you 'feel' and not reality. Feminism has misread its mission, she says. She is angry and stressed out.
1% Wives Are Helping Kill Feminism and Make the War on Women Possible
"There really is only one equality — money." If it involves a man, it can't be their Feminism. You are nobody if you are living with a husband — you betray Feminism.
>>> Lawyer Elizabeth Wurtzel is attacking Ann Romney.
_____________________________________________________________
Seg#9: Will we again put pressure on coeds to 'be a professional' ?
The Wurtzel babe discovered she was a feminist when she was ten. I bet she is not a mother. So can she criticize? If you have not been a soldier, we were told, you cannot discuss defending America.
She writes about the pressure. It was like pressure on young women when I went to high school, to be a professional. She writes about husbands thinking their wives are dumb. She seems depressed.
She writes, when you are paid it becomes a job—until then, it's just life. She doubles down on the Hillary Rosen criticism of Ann Romney.
>>> Since Elizabeth is not a mother, what qualifies her to opine?
_____________________________________________________________
Seg#10: I don't think lawyer Elizabeth is in any danger of marrying;
> > > :-) I think she is rather safe from a 1% guy.
_____________________________________________________________
Segment#11: How is life under The Regime ?
(Music) Just when you think you have seen it all, something else pops up. A new ad from Adidas with orange shackles "JS roundhouse mids" noted by Snerdley as 'slave shoes'. They debut in August and are criticized. How would a Jewish teen feel if there were a Swastika shown?
If Adidas are working with someone to prepare them for later in life, who are they working with? Snerdley is our Official Obama Criticizer because he is a true Black American, with 110% pure slave blood. You can bet they will never see the light of day.
On another note, Ann Romney was on a radio show and said they will vacation less then The Kardashian couple overseas.
From Breitbart, 23% of small business owners have gone more than a year without pay. They are working more hours and using their own money to keep their businesses alive. Lack of sales and uncertainty are main factors. Well, of course, they are frightened of Obama.
Next Monday looks like the day the Supreme Court will announce on Obamacare and the Constitution. If they are still working on it, I would be dumbfounded. I think that decision is already made.
The debt-limit will be reached in October, just before everyone goes to the polls. ((Reading: Economic slowdown bodes poorly for Treasury receipts.)) That would be a real test for Boehner and Republicans. It is a victory waiting for snatching into the jaws of defeat. What an opportunity to contrast with Obama.
Caller-gal-small-business: We had 1,000 men, laid off 800. If BHObama is reelected, I'm closing the doors. Now, I am sued by a few old men for wrongful termination. Union guys do the commercial and I do residential.
Obama insisted that 'shovel-ready' $$ had to go to union jobs.
Others fear what you are experiencing: you did what you had to in reducing workforce. It is not that you are mean. Yes, the workers compensation has doubled under Obama, no more profit for you. On top of Obamacare you will be buried. You have a double-whammy in California.
Caller-still: I'm heading to Texas.
>>> Federalism allows you to move to the state of your choice.
_____________________________________________________________
Seg#12: Joe Biden was forced to leave his 1988 race over plagiarizing
President Kardashian doesn't see any problem, but last caller does. And, yes, people are paying attention.
Caller: Biden reminds me times he told us his family had tough times. He got thrown out of the 1988 election for plagiarizing from Neil Kinnock.
>>> Oh, he doesn't want Obama bringing the topic up again.
_____________________________________________________________
Seg#13: Liberals could force you to take an exercise pill ?
Pills from The Regime will make us exercise, from a study in Switzerland. But who will make us take the pills. Epo boosts performance and is banned in sports. But they will question cellphone radiation.
Energy Secretary went down to an earth summit and phoned in funny stuff. W-Post reports the UN-sponsored event in Rio has a big emphasis to not eat meat.
I don't want to want to exercise. I actively work to not exercise—I exercise my mind. John Dansforth, former senator from MO. He spoke on the relationship of government to religion. "Compromise is not a dirty word" and is needed to get us out of our mess. He wants Dick Luger back and praises Bob Dole.
((Reading: Republicans need to compromise on raising taxes; Democrats need to cut spending on entitlements.)) The moderates are dinosaurs.
Caller: How ironic with Rodney King is now dead at the bottom of his swimming pool, and press and Obama says we just can't get along.
Yes, DbM says it is just bigger than one man, partisanship. Obama says we are in a stalemate and voters need to give him a mandate.
Caller-NC: I too will close down if Obama is reelected. I pay $4,000/yr per employee just for workman's compensation. I could hire more with that. I have a family and I'm tired of everyone getting a handout.
You're tired of pulling the cart for 99%, like Ayn Rand.
>> And taxation? I know what you are talking about, I know it first-hand.
_____________________________________________________________
Seg#14: You should sign up and support Heritage Foundation
There was some sanity in the Greek election: they stuck with the euro and refused to go back to printing their own money. W-Post and The NYTimes blames Europe for Obama's problems, frightening similarities.
Smart money people think Greece can't happen here because we can print our own money. Changing America's Course is free from Heritage Foundation. It is a short summertime read, a classic, at 50 pages.
Caller-FL-Mom: I worked in a blue-collar job, worked through college, got a white-collar job — later, decided to stay home and raise a family. We talked about our priorities before we got married.
You would tick off the pseudo-feminists, the Feminazis.
>>> "The man who thinks he is smarter than his wife,
>>>>> does not realize how brilliant she really is."

Seg#15: The Excellence in Broadcasting show has now a long break
Sadly, we must move on to our 21-hour break. Fear not, we'll be back.

Closing: . . . you need to take courage.

From the Rush Limbaugh Morning Update: "Heads & Tails"
In the tenth episode of the HBO series Game of Thrones, former President George W. Bush was featured. His likeness was used as a decapitated head on a stake. At first, the show's creators gleefully acknowledged that Bush's head was also in a "couple of other beheading scenes." One of the show's writers said that it wasn't a political statement, but a matter of convenience: "We just had to use what heads we had laying around."
Amid mounting outrage, HBO released a statement: "We were deeply dismayed to see this and find it unacceptable, disrespectful and in very bad taste," said HBO. "We made this clear to the executive producers of the series, who apologized immediately for this inadvertent, careless mistake. We are sorry this happened and will have it removed from any future DVD production."
Okay, fine. But there was nothing "inadvertent" about this, and it certainly wasn't a "careless mistake" by producers. It was indeed a political statement, mired in disrespect. No apology is going to change that.
But since the beheaded head in this tale belongs to George W. Bush, don't expect any lectures from President Oblamo about "civility." He's doing his own Bush-bashing on a daily basis. If it were Obama's head on a TV stake, liberals would be demanding that the show be banned from the airwaves, and these guys burned at the stake.
I assume the Bush-beheaded episode will now become a collectors' DVD. Treasured by some liberals and the rest of al Qaeda. You watch.

Quote Gems from Rush Limbaugh dot com:
"My friends, the Drive-By Media is in a state of shock. They're depressed and disappointed. They're fearful for the future. Barack Hussein Obama cannot even please them with speeches anymore."
"Forty years ago Richard Nixon was hounded out of office supposedly for his illegal actions. And I'm telling you: Whatever Nixon did pales in comparison to just this move today."
"The regime today told the border agents: If you catch young illegals, let 'em go and grant 'em work permits. No more deportation of illegal immigrants. They are to be given work permits and they can stay in the country. So what this is is 'Catch, Release, Vote.'
"The RNC took elements of Obama's speech yesterday and went back to a previous Obama speeches and took identical phrases and sentences and sandwiched them back-to-back to illustrate: It's tired. It's old. It's worn out. It's the same old teleprompter."
"Pelosi just tweeted, 'Strongly support President's decision to stop deporting DREAM Act kids. Democratic-led House passed DREAM in 2010. GOP still obstructing.' So because the Republicans who run the place are 'obstructing' and didn't pass the DREAM Act, she's happy that Obama bypassed Congress. Shameless. They don't care. It's who they are."
"Everything Obama has done in 3-1/2 years was totally predictable. Based on his ideology. Based on who he is. Now, as I say, I'm happy people finally figured it out. But it would have been a lot better if people would have admitted it to themselves 3-1/2 years ago instead of waiting around trying to be bipartisan, trying to be open-minded, trying to be fair and all that."
"I'm surrounded by negativism, and I fight it. I can't tell you the number of people in my circle who think it's all over, and I don't."
"Have you ever heard of the term 'shabby chic'? That is how the New York Post describes Sarah Jessica Parker's house. The decor is shabby chic. I don't know what it is."
"The Post has got one-a the screwballest websites that's ever been invented."
"Movie stars and fashion designers are probably the only people on earth who are more out of touch than even Barack Hussein Kardashian is!"
"Democrats need a permanent underclass. They must have it. They need a permanent underclass to keep the social safety net alive and kicking."
"What if Obama is reelected and just decides he doesn't like fracking and cancels it? We know he doesn't like it. What if he just decides to tell people in North Dakota, 'As of tomorrow, you can't do that anymore?'"
"Do you remember when Joe Wilson who shouted, 'You lie!' to Obama during a State of the Union show? It was because Obama said that Obamacare would never cover illegal aliens. And Joe Wilson said, 'You lie!' And they took him to the woodshed. And now what? You think these 800,000 aren't gonna have health care? Ha! Think again."
"No matter where you turn, it's Panic City for the left. And that's why Obama is out right now announcing amnesty for 'young' illegals."

Remember the good old days when Democrats cared about the rule of law? Or pretended to, anyway.
