Q: LIMBAUGH SAYS ROBERTS DID NOT FOLLOW CONSTITUTION ?
The court's five liberal justices, Stephen Breyer, Ruth Buzzy Ginsburg, Elena Kagan Sonia Sotomayor, and Roberts activated. Justices Samuel Alito, Anthony Kennedy, Antonin Scalia and Clarence Thomas dissented. Kennedy summarized the dissent in court: "In our view, the act before us is invalid in its entirety." Segment#1: The Supreme Court betrayed the American people
Have you seen the job report? We, the American people, have just been deceived in ways we had only imagined. It is the largest tax increase in the history of the world. The Supreme Court had to find a way to make Obamacare constitutional. "It's not our job to forbid this", said John Roberts.
Were you deflated? Everyone said the Mandate is unconstitutional; but the court decides it is a tax, when The Regime said it was not, and Obama promised no taxes on the middleclass. "It's not our job to protect the people from their political decisions", says John Roberts.
What we see here is fraud; Obamacare was a lie and a stealth tax. Obama told Stephanopoulos it was not a tax ((Clip-Obama: No, that is not true, George. Absolutely not a tax.)) Stephanopoulos presses on and Obama laughs it off.
((Clip-Obama: My critics say everything is a tax increase; they say I am trying to take over the country.)) He lies every day. Pelosi said we have to pass it to find out what is in it—Supreme Court just told us what's in it. You can say it is power of the commerce clause, a penalty, or a tax, no matter: we must do what they say.
For as long as they last, the health insurance companies will collect the tax, in premiums. IRS will enforce it and people are forced to buy in. It was a massive tax increase all along. Even without the commerce clause, the federal government can confiscate your private property and money.
'The people elected Congress; Congress passed it;
it is not constitutional unless it is a tax; OK, it's a tax.'
Obama also opened the southern border. November is the time to turn all of this back. Ignoramuses that don't understand celebrate. Can you imagine had Obama tried to sell Obamacare as a huge tax increase?

Obama is on TV rehashing all the lies you have already been told. I would JIP it but you are probably depressed enough. He is spiking the football and it is payback time. We've had a campaign issue handed to us. We were deceived.
It is made-to-order for the 2012 campaign.
Obama has to defend an economic plan that destroyed the private sector.
It is a little unclear about funding to the states. Health and Human Services cannot penalize states that choose to not participate in expanding Medicare. But remember who we are talking about here: Obama/Democrats.

This law is everything that was promised it was not.

Seg#3: For November, point to the economy, fraud, and deceit
The Supreme Court proves to be the death panel for USA. This healthcare bill puts all the financial burden on the states. They are in terrible shape and can't print money. The poor will end up being uninsured, 10 to 16 million people. States cannot penalized for not expanding Medicare.
The very people thinking they will get free healthcare, will not.
The federal government has recourse against states that do not participate, like Colorado burning. "I'll take a look as I fly over to California", Obama will say. They have their ways and Obama has shown he will pay back. Social justice?
If you don't go buy insurance, for any reason, you face a fine.
Let's look at the politics. It is like Clinton winning in 1992. My task then was to be honest, positive, and face reality. Attitudes have been devastated and need to be propped up.
Had it gone the other way, Obama would have blamed the court. Obama can't run against the four White guys and a Black uncle Tom now. DbM had their articles ready to call them radical Conservatives. We have a great issue thrown in our laps. Point to the fraud and deceit; the economy; no record to run on. The anti-Obama vote will be loaded for bear, energized.
What happened today is very troubling. Look at the way this disaster of a law was found to be constitutional. The Constitution is hanging by a thread. It is going to either unravel in November or we start sewing things back together.
What is abundantly clear is that we can't count on anyone except ourselves. It is up to 'we, the people'. I understand we had a chance to go to the court, but five justices determine America.

Segment#4: Solution is to elect Conservatives
Caller: Supreme Court just lit a match to the Constitution. Citizens not protected.
'General welfare' of citizens does not mean 'Welfare state'.
Caller: What legal precedence does this set? Supreme Court rules?
Obamacare can still be repealed. This is what will be required.
Never elect Democrats and some Republicans if you don't want this.

Seg#6: Boil the tea in the Tea Party and you know it will get stronger
(Theme Music) Caller had it right with 'precedence'. This is the federal government taxing your behavior: you must buy it. They can make you buy broccoli or pay a tax, is the example used on court.
There are no limits: taxing income and also behavior — even if Obamacare is repealed. Obamacare was passed against the will of the people, rammed down our throats. That led to Tea Party springing up. Will they now expand? It started as a protest movement and then expanded to find candidates at the grass roots.
They may be temporarily happy and spiking the football; but I would not want to be a Democrat in this election cycle. There will be more Democrats not going to convention in September. When you boil tea, it gets stronger. The court went mining and looking for a way to make this constitutional.
Obama is spiking the football because now behavior can be taxed. It never was about healthcare but rather limitless expansion of the federal government. You can tie any behavior and olde-wives-tale to 'health'. Use oat bran as an example: imagine a wacko Liberal mandate everyone eat it. 16,000 new IRS agents walk in. Why do you think they are hired with your tax money?
The American people know they will not have their current doctors and plans. They will be shuffled off to government. Companies and individuals will pay the fines rather than the exorbitant premiums. Obama said it would take time.
You could say that carbon tax is now constitutional. You could say there will be a tax on large families, more than two children. Simply stated, they can't use the commerce clause to force you to buy what the government, but they can when it is a tax. One of these new 16,000 IRS agents will find you.

Seg#7: Will we now eat broccoli or pay a fine ?
Suppose you are an employee in company, large or small, and your company sees the cost of not buying expensive coverage is $500 and the premium is $5,000. "Sorry, we have to stay in business and you are on your own. It makes no sense to us to buy in." At the two to four year mark the fines get larger.
By design, Democrats/Obama want you out of private healthcare. 20million could lose coverage said the CBO. Jail time also enters. Pelosi was asked and she thought it very fair—It would be an incentive. I have the pdf but haven't read through it all, the 20million figure is too small.
Caller: This is Obama's 'read-my-lips, no new tax' moment. IRS is tough.
That doesn't kick in until 2014. It is up to Romney to explain.

Seg#8: Will we be thanking God for such a Progressive Gov't ?
In their dissent, the four justices made it plain that there is nothing constitutional about Obamacare. We also see that chief justice John Roberts has become part of the Washington DC establishment.
((Clip-Obama: I don't think we can eliminate employer healthcare immediately.)) That is what he told his union buddies five years ago. He structured it as the only option. People will hate companies and love government.
You will be thanking God for government, because without government, you might get sick and die. And if you don't die, you might go bankrupt without government. That is how Democrats planned for you to think.
It took an amendment to the Constitution to have an income tax. Now you can be taxed for your behavior.
It was unprecedented for Senator Leahy and others threatening Chief Justice John Roberts. DbM was writing articles how worthless this court would be if they struck down Obamacare.
The Supreme Court just struck down the 'stolen valor' act. People can now lie about military medals under the First Amendment. You can make it up.

Seg#9: Caller misreads the Constitution on taxation
Caller: It's a form of discrimination to not tax equally—not constitutional.
Constitution does not say the percentage has to be the same. You are talking about equal protection under the law, but tax-rates are different.

Seg#11: Liberal Ruth 'Buzzy' Ginsberg used to write for minority view
(Music) Former Democrat and former member of the Black caucasians Arthur Davis switched from Democrat to Republican. ((Reading his eMail: Democrats miscalculated in 2010 and same results will happen in 2012. People will see their premiums rocket and jobs decrease. . . . It widens the gap between most of us and the 'elites'.)) He is in Alabama.
The Romney Campaign raised a million dollars today. And the people-vote in Arizona is an awakened giant. Media, WH, and everyone thought Mandate was going down. Then "Oh, oh" when the Mandate is unconstitutional and struck down but Obamacare is constitutional because it is "a tax".
It did leak that Ruth 'Buzzy' Ginsberg was writing the dissent before it became the majority. Did Roberts change his vote because of intimidation? This decision is shocking to people. It is disgraceful and that is why the rumor mill rises. It's not going to change anything.

Seg#12: Would Obamacare precedence show how to steal your 401K?
Let me cut to the chase, I don't think someone 'got to' John Roberts. I was warned years ago by an insider that it was not Kennedy to watch out for but for the 'legacy' of Chief Justice John Roberts.
The tax originated in the Dingy Reid Senate and that is not constitutional; where do we go for redress? The Supreme Court? No, to the ballot box. What if Social Security goes bankrupt and government just takes your 401K because of Obamacare.
Mark Levin notes with Obama we live in a post-Constitutional nation. The Constitution is not a limiting factor anymore.

Segment#13: What would George Washington say?
John Roberts kicked into judicial activation mode and sided with Liberals. This is what he wanted and he found a way. [See his smile, clapping on DrudgeRpt] Just realize the nature of the people we are up against: they hate the Constitution. We don't have time to analyze why—they have to be defeated.
We are living under the thumb of government. It is up to us to wrap this around Obama's head. Tell people about death panels, massive taxes on our behavior, poor losing coverage. You young people, too bad. 16,000 IRS agents will enforce 2,700 pages "as the Health Secretary determines".
Don't you dare discount Democrat-supports will be given preference. These are people that will be happy to deny healthcare to your grandmother if you vote Republican, and I am not exaggerating! Not everybody will get equal coverage, it is game on! Premiums will skyrocket. [Rush is near yelling, FYI.]
Liberals are clueless then their welfare state programs fail. That's where we are. This ruling confirms that Liberals can tax whatever they want. This is an appalling and disgraceful ruling and it will be remembered as such. Everybody's taxes go up and some monstrously, and they went to the mat to say it was not a tax. "You know what? I'll just call it a tax", says John Roberts.
[Rush is back to yelling] There isn't anything positive about the ruling; we can't take it even back if Obamacare is repealed. Now it's game on and it has to be defeated by legislators. 2012 will be 2010 times ten.
[Rush is back to calmly explaining] The Constitution was written to limit federal government. Obama didn't even ask for this much—he asked for it to be covered by the commerce clause.
