Open: Gov Scott Walker "survives"? NO, it was a thumping!
_____________________________________________________________
S#1: Scott Walker victory illustrates that other states also have options
Whitehouse occupants must be asking themselves, "What if all the polling we have is wrong?" The best headlines say, "Wisconsin rejects union bosses." The very exit polls that were wrong about Walker say Obama would beat Romney by 9%. Liberal Democrats on cable news highlight this. They don't see reality.
Obama approval is below 50%; it is not just that those polled don't want to say they are against The First Black President; some of them are toying with pollsters. The polling data I saw had Walker by 5%; then networks said it would be tightening. It turned out to be not close and exit polls were misleading.
Bottom line: every cable channel called it 'too close to call' but it never was. When it looked like 50-50% Wolf Blitzer was ecstatic. ((Clip)) He is smiling, joyful — Why? Because it indicates Obama v Romney.
Here's Blitzer an hour after being joyous ((Clip)) Play them back to back. ((Clip/Clip)) They had predicted they would call the race at 10pm. Notice how Blitzer stopped talking about WI being a preview of November. Now the Wisconsin Scott Walker race doesn't mean a thing.
And the Whitehouse now wonders if they can trust any of their polling.
If they are honest, they see that they can't. How many of the exit polls have gone wrong, Snerdley. "Can I be the first to call you "Mr President", said to JFKerry (who served in Vietnam). Then they questioned fraud because of the exit polling.
Doesn't this victory of Scott Walker mean that other states have options? They do not have to raise taxes, lay off people, expand the budget. There is a way that has been lighted when in fiscal trouble. The Left doesn't care about any of that. This is why there is no compromise with them.
Bill Clinton is going rouge again, bigger and better.
One columnist says Obama needs to respect elders.
Think of the Democrat Party as a mob party with the head honcho being in Chicago. It will illustrate problems coming to Obama. Writer says, "Obama has forgotten respect for elders."
>>> We learn "Godfather" movie that you should not lose 'respect'.
_____________________________________________________________
Segment#2: Listeners to this audience are not 'surprised'
WI is not a surprise — it is a pleasant occurrence. Others will come. Michael Walsh agrees with Dick Morris that Bill Clinton does not want Obama to win again. ((Reading: The best way to understand modern Democrats is to look at Alinsky Communist and 1930 Chicago mobsters. Obama understands only the Alinsky Rules of Radicals, but didn't respect elders. He has down the brass knuckles but didn't respect Clinton. There is 'no love lost' between Obamas and Clintons and it is time to 'pay back'. Daley family was also insulted.))
His point is that Obama has no respect for his elders and has no devotion for those that came before him to pave the way. Obama is a 'loner' and thinks he is 'top drawer' and head-and-shoulders above everyone else. That is not how the mob-crime culture works.
>>> And for the mob culture, payback time is upon us.
_____________________________________________________________
Seg#3: Reality is not theory/fantasy
This theme relates to Wisconsin. Theory is that Obama is in trouble in the Democrat Party, and he is. Perception has changed from 2008. These are people that lie to themselves and live in an alternate universe/America. Clinton breaking away as he does, and frequently, shows it up. No, he is not secretly trying to help Obama.
Now Bill Clinton wants to put off sunsetting the Bush tax rates for a year.
Oprah threw away her TV career to support Obama. She decided her racial association was more important than her show. She put Obama on to endorse his book and highlight that he was a rising star. In the process of doing all of this for Obama, they don't even let her in the WH because of Michelle.
Obama should have a little gratitude for those that came before him and helped him. He tweeted less than 140 characters in support of Barrett in WI. The vote turnout in Madison WI was 120% due to first-time voters. The unions were getting out the vote, with everything on the line. Every Republican governor should get a spine of steel like Walker. He didn't compromise and stood tough.
He didn't 'reach across the aisle'. DbM says Walker outspent, but look at the intimidation unions tried. They bussed in and stormed the capitol. Playing to the Independents is not how to win.
Obama didn't want the loss tied to him. Sorry, it is. Democrats and Obama lost this election. If it went the other way, DbM would credit Obama. They would tell us it tells what will happen in November. Mr Popularity abandoned them.
He didn't help out the teachers unions and the SEIU, his #1 contributors. The economy is in a death spiral. Clinton claims "four balanced budgets". [[Rush uses his Clinton imitation voice: I'm the guy and this whippersnapper should notice. OK, it was because of Republicans, but I did it.]] It is all crashing down on the wizards of smart.]]
"In theory there is no difference between theory and practice; ...
>>> but in practice, there is." Yogi Berra
_____________________________________________________________
Seg#4: Taxpayers realize they don't have the same plush benefits
Reality also hit the ballot box in San Diego, Proposition B: moving past fiscal woes and pension reform for unions. It is a big, big win. Another CA city also reigned in the unions: San Jose CA. Overwhelmingly, they cut union pension benefits.
>>> People paying these benefits realize they don't have the same deal.
_____________________________________________________________
Seg#5: How many people know what D-Day is?
>>> Allies invaded France from Britain and got it back from Nazis.
_____________________________________________________________
Seg#6: FDR would not permit public-servant collective bargaining
(Theme Music) Army rangers climbed cliffs straight up while being gunned down. Remember! And for the second time in a row, Obama doesn't mention D-Day.
Amanda Bynes asks Obama to fire the cop who arrested her for drunk driving. This is like brain-dead voters for Obama. Death threats are on the internet against Scott Walker. Twitter tweets are vicious. Who will say Obama and Blabs should distance themselves?
WH/Democrats live and die per polls; I would hate to be such a prisoner.
In Wisconsin, union workers were asked to pick up just a little for their own healthcare insurance and pensions. Whatever happened to the idea, "If you want it you buy it and pay for it"? They feel 'owed' it. They don't even understand where the money comes from, people out of work paying taxes.
"Gimme, gimme, gimme", being in a union in America, I got the shaft. No way will I pay a little. "What if there is no money?" . . . "I don't care; get it; print it."
All Hell broke lose when collective bargaining rights were taken away. FDR would not permit collective bargaining at the federal level: you bargain with people taking tax payer money? He knew it would set up citizens voting against each other. Jimmy Carter took away collective bargaining.
((Montage: Even though Walker won by 7%, exit polls show Obama winning by 9%.)) Joe Trippi knows better. Exit polls had it 50-50% and too close to call.
They report what they want to believe, doesn't matter the polling was bogus. What you see and experience is modern American journalism.
Clinton supports extending Bush tax rates (cuts) and jumps off the Obama campaign train. ((Clip)) He also says we are in a Recession. Others see Bill Clinton 'out of control'. ((Clip-Bill: I am not an employee of the Obama campaign.)) He doesn't work for anybody, except Hillary.
In the 2008 SC primary, ((remembering Bill: You know, Ted [Kennedy], it wasn't that long ago, this guy would be serving us drinks.)) Word got out.
>>> Billy has been keeping this 'pent up' and now payback is upon us.
_____________________________________________________________
Segment#7: Rogue Bill Clinton explained
((Clip-DbM: Democrats are not happy that Clinton throws away their big card, to have Republicans give up something to keep Bush tax cuts.)) Democrats don't want anybody thinking extension is automatic.
CNN John King asked David Rodham Gergen ((Clip-Gergen: Bill Clinton gave a great endorsement to Romney. Clinton is also giving cover for Obama to extend the Bush tax cuts.)) "Hey, buddy: after you bring me coffee you can do like I did and extend the Bush tax cuts for a year."
>>> I don't agree that Bill Clinton is going rogue for this reason.
_____________________________________________________________
Segment#8: Tea Party unrest and activism will only intensify
I thought Obama was the 'great communicator'. Obama is not going to expend the Bush tax cuts. He is not about to continue anything that is rooted in Capitalism. David Rodham doesn't know what he is talking about.
P.J.Media Robert Spencer writes will on his blog. It has always been the tipping point when there are more of takers than workers. He points out that the biggest net takers are not welfare recipients, but state and federal employees. Everything they have comes from taxpayers, every dime.
It is easier for local governments to raise property taxes to pay union workers. This is what Tea Party is up in arms about as they realize they are paying union thugs to show up and beat them up. "Give me more" like spoiled-rotten kids.
>>> The Tea Party is not going away, and will only intensify.
_____________________________________________________________
Seg#9: Wait and see how Romney picks a VP and fights Obama
Caller-gal: My husband is a union member. We are not truthful to pollsters.
Totally understood. [Get-out-the-vote is a strong Union tool.] Even if it is a robo-call, "Write it all down: I'm voting the Black guy." People like their kneecaps. This is why unions want 'card check' and no secret ballots. Look at the death threats Governor Scott Walker is getting. Would you say how you voted when you don't know who is asking?
Caller-TX: If WI sent a msg to Democrats, what does it say to Romney/elites?
This is the great unknown. [Secret: Romney is already there, Conservative and hanging tough.] If elite leadership won't recognize WI, then no. Are you happy with the way Romney (and team) is firing back? He is hitting back hard.
Caller: He has to bring in a Conservative VP.
Utah Mike Leavitt and Glen Hubbard are a concern with their positions.
We'll see.
((Reading: George Wallace tried to deny civil rights, and so does Walker.))
>>> That is Jesse Jackson commenting about union card check.
_____________________________________________________________
Segment#10: Glen Hubbard thinks we need to tax the rich more.
_____________________________________________________________
Seg#11: Gov Cuomo and Mayor Doomberg wash their hands of guilt
(Music) No word from Eric Holder (kidding) but the Milwaukee police look into the threats via Twitter. So are you a racist if you voted for Scott Walker?
I think it was Michael Barone that reexamined the exit poll and found it was 50-50% and not Obama up by 9%.
NY Governor Cuomo wants to decrease prosecution of marijuana arrests, there were 50,000. I'm sure you heard. That's not the point here: did you catch that this law disproportionately affects Blacks and Hispanic youths, 50,000. It defines deviancy down.
What about the roots of our culture/society? Do they ask themselves why? Why does it affect Blacks and Hispanic youths and do officials not care? Just change the law so it is no longer a 'big deal'? Can we address the drug problem? There is nothing to be gained by sweeping it under the rug.
It had been a 'stop and frisk' policy. Now, they don't want to know.
>>> They wash their hands and they wonder . . . oh, never mind.
_____________________________________________________________
Seg#12: Exit polling was misinterpreted
Michael Barone reexamined the exit poll and found it was 50-50% and not Obama up by 9%. He matched the exit polls to the results and finds Romney ties Obama at 48%. There is a 4% bias in oversampling Democrats.
Al Sharpton is going to lead a silent march to get rid of 'Stop and Frisk' in NYC.
Polling must not be good on banning big gulp in NYC by Doomberg because Moochelle is no longer being vocal. Sports commentators support the move.
Father's Day is right around the corner. Men are capable of getting what they want, beyond neck ties and socks. Here's an idea: Two if by Tea. Visit our website for gift shopping.
Caller-FL: Use their mantra right back at them: "Pay your fair share".
Union members don't consider themselves in the top 1% and 5%.
>>> They think they are being taken advantage of in the first place.
_____________________________________________________________
Seg#13: Supporting union workers beyond those paying is Left vs Right
We are trying to believe Al Sharpton can lead a 'silent protest march'. If there is no noise, did a protest occur? We need Yogi Berra to figure it out.
((Satire at WH: Did you happen to say Walkers career was sterling? Well, at least I was there. I think I like tax cuts! Don't you walk out on me. Keep it up and you will be back n Chicago.)) That's Bill and Barack discussing events.
Caller-CA: You are ticking off the Conservatives that are cops in unions.
You may have a point. This is a Left-Right issue. If you want to join a union, go right ahead. I am not suggesting they do away with fireman and policeman pensions. Just pay back a little bit. Not every union member is a Liberal. The union bosses are, forcing dues and giving them to Democrats.
If the money isn't there, the promise doesn't mean anything.
Wisconsin just wanted them to put in 5%. I choose to not have a pension. I've always assumed I would take care of myself. I have more confidence and trust in myself. It's always about the money to them. Union leaders want their members to believe the Republicans would take away what we now just don't have at all.
Cops are self-reliant individuals. Same with firefighters.
Caller: I saw unions with posters for Communists and Democrats marching against me. They march against America.
And they march against the people that pay them. One of the changes in WI was they were asked to pay 12.5% for their own healthcare.
1959 was when we got WI municipal unions: before that, what did they do?
>>> Like you, a lot of people are angry over their actions.

Seg#14: Changing America's Course — What's at stake in 2012
In 1981, Reagan gave every attendee to his first cabinet meeting, a book from Heritage Foundation. We are in dire need of Conservative solutions. There is a new edition of Mandate for Leadership. It is now called Changing America's Course — What's at stake in 2012. Scott Walker is a Heritage guy. Become a member for your free copy. Renew your membership to receive Changing America's Course — What's at stake in 2012.
http://www.heritage.org/election/ Check it out and see the cover.
Caller-NC-teen: I saw Joe Biden speak and he wouldn't answer about WI.
Biden spoke at a WV high school graduation and did he promise a cure for cancer? Did he promise to grow crops without soil, sunlight, and water?
>>> I'm not kidding and I'll look for his quote over the break.
_____________________________________________________________
S#15: Solar shingles on your house will provide food w/o water
Closing: also no soil needed. Biden's quote is incredible!

From the Rush Limbaugh Morning Update: "Bad Karma"
California's Fisker Automotive recently recalled 50 of its plug-in hybrid, the Karma, because of "potential problems" with the car's electric battery. Now Fisker is expanding the recall to cover 19 more cars; 10 of which have already been sold.
Yes. We're talking under 100 cars here but that's a lot of cars for Fisker. Each one of these babies costs about a hundred grand, so we're not talking chump change. The company says that improperly installed hose clamps in the battery pack could cause a coolant leak, which in turn could start a fire.
The AP story notes that Fisker was founded in 2007 and is a privately held company. Left unmentioned, is that Al Gore lobbied for government loans for Fisker, and the company was awarded over half a billion dollars in 2009 by the Obama Administration. Also unmentioned is that these super-expensive, for-the-rich-only hybrids are built in Finland. With American tax dollars.
So, here we are again. Another green company, another round of crony capitalism, this time with Obama granting taxpayer money to cronies of Al Gore. To produce a car that is so expensive, the average American who paid for the loan will never be able to buy one. Even it they wanted one. Which they don't.
And to add insult to injury, Finland gets the jobs; we get stuck with the bills and the repairs. It's bad Karma all the way around.

Quote Gems from Rush Limbaugh dot com:
"The biggest problem Obama has is
"Where is Obama? Is Axelrod the candidate or is Obama the candidate? All Obama's doing is running around doing fundraisers."
"If Bob Shrum could be anybody he's not, it would be Roger Ailes. Shrum has always dreamed of himself as the Roger Ailes of the Democrat Party. But he's not. Just don't doubt me on this."
"There wasn't a person in Luntz's focus group who was opposed to Scott Walker who could have been reached with the truth. If Moses had personally delivered the Ten Commandments last night, they would not-a believed it."
"Barack Hussein Kardashian is what he has become. He is celebrity of the United States. He is not the president."
"The title of my brother David Limbaugh's book is The Great Destroyer: Barack Obama's War on the Republic. He gives 150 reasons why Obama needs to go -- which is amazing, because, off the top of my head, I can only come up with 140."
"A lot of people think the left is invincible, that the Democrats are invincible, that they're light years ahead of us strategically, competence-wise when it comes to running campaigns. I don't think that at all."
"For those of you Democrats who think it's going to be a big deal to go to Sarah Jessica Parker's house and have dinner with Obama, Michelle, the Kardashians, and then Anna Wintour and Sarah Jessica Parker. All you're doing is ending up on a Democrat Party fundraising mailing list. When you go to their website and register, guess what? You're now going to be swarmed with e-mails and pitches for money from the Obama campaign."
"If Walker loses this thing, you can forget any other Republican governor taking on the unions. You can forget it. It's going to be a long time before another steel-spined Republican governor comes along."
"We conservatives do not try to force anything on anybody, other than individual liberty and freedom."
"The left want's the most powerful forces in this country controlling all of us, the government. We don't. We have been rendered almost in an entirely defensive posture. We are content to obey the tenets of the Declaration of Independence. Pursue life, liberty, and happiness. They are content to take those away. Not content; they are on a mission to deny those things."
"We've had a number of isms. Communism exploited class differences. Nazism exploited racial differences. The point is whatever ism it is, people on the left are constantly trying to exploit and divide, and they pick whatever they think is the most direct route to somebody's heart and mind."
"Conservatism is a constant daily intellectual application and pursuit. Liberalism is the most gutless thing you can do. It's easy. And it's what everybody devolves to if they are not actively, thoughtfully conservative."
"You don't hear of people being persuaded to liberalism. They more or less just become it."
"Whenever I get the urge to exercise, I lie down on the sofa, on the floor, on my back, until the feeling goes away. And I must confess, I don't get the urge much."
"I didn't turn the mic off before I blew my nose? Oh, no, I'm sorry. I didn't mean for that to happen. I think we should play it again 'cause I don't want to be accused of purposely blowing my nose during an Anna Wintour plug for Obama."
"The grassroots in Wisconsin's the Tea Party. The Republican Party's the minority party in Wisconsin. Wisconsin's a blue state, or has been. The grassroots is the Tea Party. That's what they can't deal with. That's what they can't get their arms around."

With collections from union dues declining, how is Big Labor finding the resources to spend so heavily in elections like the one last night in Wisconsin? According to Peter Schweizer, they are doing it in part by acting like banks: Big unions are morphing into the kinds of big businesses and banks they decry, hawking to their members everything from high interest credit cards to home loans. . . . »

Republicans haven't won since 1984. Scott Walker won 68% of non-union.
He won 38% more than before in the union households. Rebecca crushed.
