Opening: Pres.Kardashian will extend Bush tax cuts?
_____________________________________________________________
Seg#1: President Barack Kardashian is ruining America
Drive-by Media awaits breathlessly! He will extend some of the rates for those making under $200,000 even though he criticized Bush for them. I've said all along that he would cater to business contributors.
Amazing! They are doing a big ceremony for him to save the day using the very thing he blamed Bush for, and then take all the credit. He wants to be elected again more than anything and will now push tax cuts. When it comes time for election, they move towards Conservatism, a little.
85,000 went on disability under Social Security and 84,000 found jobs, including part-time. Has Pelosi said those on disability are good for the Economy? Our taxes are 25% of GDP and under Clinton they were 18%.
And of course unemployment will get worse the rest of the year. The unemployment for Blacks is over 14%. Hispanics and women suffer more. Unemployment was going to be 5.6% today with Stimulus.
273,000/mo jobs were added under Reagan coming back from Carter malaise. Compare to now under Obama. Yet, his favorability is at 47% which leads to a question: You and I look at USA events and we are appalled, angry, and scared; we are losing the country right in front of our eyes; then you realize that other people don't even though they are living it !
Obama should be looking at a 30% approvability and reelectability number, in a sane and previously normal world. We have culture and economic rot but it is so gradual that there is no shock value. People resign to 8.2% unemployment, the new Normal.
The great unknown question: How many think this is the new USA? And how many of them vote? We are in uncharted territory with 8million on disability and 41% not paying income tax—they have their cellphones, big screens, and are able to eat. The Adm happily pays them. There is no longer a stigma for being unemployed and on welfare.
It has become two views of the country. My parents looked at my generation as young lazy and perverted. Now, I see the next generation and wonder if they know what it really means to be an American.
The architect of all the destruction has a [shot] at a second term.
>>> In a sane world, he would be tossed from the Oval Office.
They would have gotten someone else, like H. Rodham Clinton.
_____________________________________________________________
Seg#2: Obama wants welfare recipients, not jobs
Obama said the job report was a step in the right direction. 56% of likely voters believe Obama has worsened the nation—35% think it's great.
So how can he be tied with Romney at 47% each in swing states?
>>> It just doesn't compute.
_____________________________________________________________
Seg#3: Obama blamed what he now proposes
Those Bush Tax Cuts have been for the middleclass also but Obama blamed them for "the mess Bush left him". He has the nerve to say the tax rates for those that build America will go up (small business owners). Who employs the middleclass? More and more, they work for the government.
Victor Davis Hanson has an article that lists how to keep 8% unemployment.
Liberalism is a lie. Fracking led to the sharpest decline in CO2, which is what plants breathe. Everything they say turns out to be a lie. (Reading V.D.Hanson).
NY-Post Goodwin ((Reading: Mitt Romney is a good man but grew up in another America. He believes in standards. Timing could be his problem. Obama brings a gun to a knife fight, to transform America, not fix it. Romney believes voters support traditional America. Obama give lip service to a strong military. He used his first term to give out goodies like in Europe. He is micro-targeting.))
Obama is not trying to get votes from American mainstream; Romney does.
((Reading on: Unemployment of 8.2% is just a detail to work around. Obama even leaks military secrets to boost the view he is strong. Etc. Half the country doesn't pay income tax and the other half is not worried about the spending. Obama has polarized America.
>>> "Entitlement reform? That's for chumps and idiots!" Team Obama
There is no pretense of reducing the Deficit/Debt; just cater with goodies.
Romney may appeal to a prior USA, wanting economic growth/jobs.
_____________________________________________________________
Segment#4: Treat BHObama like you treated Santorum !
Romney is running on one thing (Economy) and needs to branch out and get tougher. People already see the Economy.
There were three fund-raisers over the weekend; people are giving advice to Romney. Romney needs to treat Obama like he treated Santorum and Gingrich. Do people know his 59 points?
This campaign has to tar Obama, by himself or his Super PACs. It is all about policy and Obama's destruction.
>>> Obama's destructive path cannot be an accident.
Mitt Romney (or his PACs) have to point this out; don't be nice-guy McCain!
_____________________________________________________________
Segment#5: NE power outage brings in the scams.
KFI news: Help more Americans with [Bush tax cuts].
_____________________________________________________________
Seg#6: Obama sees that remaking & redefining America is working
(Theme Music) Leftist know they want tax cuts extended for most Americans. We would never have seen this thinking before Obama's America, much less reporting like DbM. It is not an automatic win for Romney, he needs to attack to save America. It's not Bush's fault.
Employment is not pivotal and Obama could still win. Romney Team needs to learn. We have 47% that pay no income tax; 42million get some sort of welfare. Expectations are not high with this segment. More people are getting on food stamps, the new reality to them.
Every Thursday we get unemployment numbers and nobody cares.
"It's the Economy, Stupid! Worse in 50 years", Bill Clinton said. It is now worse by many fold. People may vote for Obama anyway. Retail sales are off. Couple this with propaganda including the public education. Identify Obama as the Architect ! The NY-Post long list of things can't be coincidental.
It's a different day in America: we can't restore power in the national capital in over a week? There has got to be a union involved. [Scammer segue.] People give up their SocSec# and banking routing# for Obama to pay utilities. That's what his presidency means: bailouts. 2,000 people in Tampa were tricked. 10,000 fell for it in NJ.
>>> Obama sees it working.
_____________________________________________________________
Seg#7: ED: We need religious values; We need Conservative values!
Half of my generation ended up OK; the other half, me-me-me [hippies]. There were people blowing up banks and kidnapping. I decided I would not pre-judge when I became older.
>>> I have to admit that the culture and America has changed.
_____________________________________________________________
Seg#8: Tea Party needs to respond against the Obama snake oil !
When I was young, we looked at adults as fuddy-duddies and they looked at us as spoiled rotten, never to amount to anything. The culture and schools were not so politicized. Liberals started to taking over colleges after WW II. They opened their doors to intellectuals. Same with Hollywood.
I'm reading a novel about France. It is historically accurate about a movie maker who propagandizes and is told to get the politics out. Now it is a requirement to be a Liberal and box office doesn't matter. Sports is difference—Tiger Woods is a liberal Democrat but will never tell you.
Folks, we used to live in a country where people wanted to be successful. Now, being a millionaire is said to be 'greedy'. Yet, living off of other people isn't? Failure is now accepted and even encouraged. Look at CNN: 100,000 viewers!
CNN is treated as 'heroic', not giving up The Cause.
Failure is now subsidized: It's someone else's fault: It's Bush's fault. Failure is a badge of honor. Meanwhile, Mark Rich's wife Denise is a multi-billionaire fleeing the country. They were big-time Democrat fundraisers. She is denouncing her citizenship. They flee USA to Europe.
Can we rid ourselves of Obama poison? We have to do this ourselves. Romney Team is stuck, "win on Economy". No, it is not painful. [Rush mentions if they are listening—one or two are on our eList, FYI.] Can we rally enough people to vote against Obama and show them it is in their best interest? We cannot rely on traditional political establishments.
Get rid of the McCain style, we said. Super PACs need to be different.
If this were the America of 30 years ago, Romney would be up 30%. Sadly, it is not. Obama Team is selling snake oil; how much people want to drink?
>>> Younger generations will ultimately save us, cyclically.
_____________________________________________________________
Seg#9: Does Governor Mitt Romney needs new campaign advisors ?
Caller: Glad you finally got to talk to me. I'm tired of Liberal rhetoric. Let intellectuals live in the world they want, no oil. Etc.
We may be on the way.
Caller-gal: Did Boehner say only fellow Mormons would vote for Romney?
I saw it reported Saturday and I said, "What the Hell is that?" More people are hearing about it now via EIB than over the weekend. He was quoted out of context.
>>> Gov Romney had better find out fast this election is not about him.
>>>>> [ED: He needs to make it personal about Obama-Marxism.]
ED: For example, attack Obamacare and also Barack Kardashian Obama.
When will Super PACs use our contributions for attack ads? Save USA!
_____________________________________________________________
Segment#10:: By the same token:
>>> People are not clambering for John Boehner either.
_____________________________________________________________
Seg#11: On principle and out of necessity, people voted for Scott Walker
(Music) Stick with me on this: Did DbM say people loved Scott Walker? No, but he fixed their economy. Unemployment dropped in all 17 states that swung Republican. It portends disaster for Obama/Democrats if done correctly. Democrats have to lose to reverse the economy.
As a campaign idea, it is not painful enough to be unemployed. Running on the Economy will not get it done, especially since Obama cannot run on any positive aspect of his first term. All he can do is attack, attack, attack, and Team Romney has to be prepared to fight. Tell the Truth about our circumstances and Obama. It has to be part of the Romney campaign.
I don't care about Obama's motivation—he is willing to preside over America's decline. The majority of Americans are not comfortable with decline, but increasingly, many order their lives around decline. Why do people accept it?
I'm 61, Frank D'Elia is also 61. We were 50 and talked at WABC about not feeling our age. When my Father was 40, he looked it and lived it (youth was over.) This is not a criticism: at 40 that was how the rest of your life would be.
My grandfather was born in the 1890s; no running water; they ate what they grew. He was the first to go to college; no cars, no electricity. When he died at 102, we had gone to the moon. Look at what my Father went through, born in 1918: Depression. He was too young for WW I the Great War, but joined the Air Force and flew P-52s; met my Mother. The country was on the line, hanging in the balance.
Two enemies [Japan & Germany] sought to wipe us out. Then USSR came it; Nikita Kruchev banged his shoe, "We will bury you!" and my Father's generation did not take it lightly, leading to the Cold War. By the time my Dad was 40 (he became age 40 at age 18) they had no choice.
They didn't have time to think about their creature comforts, hedonism. My brother David grew up hearing what we had to do to avoid another Depression. We knew none of that, only relative prosperity. It boils down to this: if Frank and I wanted, we didn't even have to grow up.
Yes, we had oil embargos and price controls, and Jimmy Carter. A crisis was not that bad in comparison. Prior generations took crisis for America seriously for us, and we had to invent our hardships. Everybody want to think they overcome hardships.
Stress is relative, but keep perspective.
>>> My generation had it easy!
_____________________________________________________________
Seg#12: Time changed America // Can we come back ?
For every trauma we invented a pill. Prior generations knew that Life was much bigger than them. Contrast today. Self-important kids never have to grow up. It explains political realities today. Obama is technically a 'boomer' but has all of the bad aspects of the hippy generation.
The point is not to change all of this but to win the election [to save USA]. Look at 9/11 with more killed than at Pearl Harbor and we didn't stop until Japan surrendered. Now, many think building a mosque in NYC is helpful.
"Let the people that caused 9/11 build the mosque", many say.
>>> Today is profoundly different in many ways, not helpful.
_____________________________________________________________
Seg#13: Where's the outrage as Obama changes America ?
Caller: Voters don't think until pollsters ask them; it's a beauty contest.
It is a question of numbers. Since Obama was elected, elections have gone against Democrats. Most oppose Obamacare. WI Scott Walker reelection was huge, and for Democrats now, things have gotten worse. There is an entitlement mentality now, once thought to be childish.
Political leaders and educators now make welfare popular. President Kardashian has to be dealt with as the architect. An ad: "You can make yourself smarter if you use correct language." How is Obama smarter?
We need a new definition of 'smart'. Bush is a Harvard MBA, not stupid. When you meet him in person you are impressed. On camera, it was sometimes different. Be honest in defining a problem to even hope to solve it.
The Scott Walker race was not a beauty contest, but pure substance.
Obama was elected on a beauty contest. McCain didn't measure up. It is a trap that limits your choice. The Tea Party candidates win on policy and substance. All the substance of this race (Obama equals mess) has to be put on the table. !
Caller: THKS for truth! Citizens here don't plan on looking for work.
I remember the first time I got time from radio. My Father thought I dishonored the family name. His view was that I should let my boss know every day how appreciative I was to have a job. Would that work today? You get fired and you may as well have a 'scarlet letter' on your forehead. It was the worst news he could hear and proved I was a failure for not graduating from college.
I had to tell my folks I was fired a total of seven times. My Mother thought he was being too tough. Point is: in the Depression, you got fired and there was no place else to go. It was painful. You had to depend on family and church.
It is not that painful today,
>>> occurring slowly to not cause national outrage.
_____________________________________________________________
Segment#14: "If it is to be, it's up to me!"
W-Post Mark Steyn wrote over the weekend. NRO Corner responded ((Reading: Spot On with your article on the Twilight of America. It happens too slowly to make a stand at Fort Freedom. Dripping up to Lover's Leap just adapts. [Examples] I don't even know how much that little detail costs. Just don't think about it. Is it too late?)) His point is that it happens in pockets.
You don't look at it as a loss of freedom. Seeing the Truth is really hard. Maybe it will fix it on its own: others will get rid of Obama.
>>> We, the people, need to toss Obama ourselves.

Two new polls show just how tight the presidential race remains. Rasmussen, in a poll released today, has the race at Romney 46 – Obama 45.
