Seg#1: Romney Team could lost the WH dickering over 'tax or penalty'
This silly debate "penalty or tax" it doesn't matter. Eric 'etch-a-sketch' Ferman went on msNBC and agreed it was not a tax. You are wasting your time and opportunity. You, also, are getting annoyed. There is no silver lining.
ObamaTax has nothing positive and good and will ruin America. Keeping your kid under socialism until age 26 is not worth losing this country. Expose the law! We have to keep doing it.
We have just one chance left (in November). We need to focus on real substance and not listen to political consultants. The court didn't change a thing: everybody will be forced into worse care; it is denial of coverage; less cutting-edge drugs; it ruins Medicare; it steals freedom of choice. The people of this country are going to have to be told about the substance!
It is destroying the greatest healthcare system in the world. Those that don't know what is ahead (the poor and the young) need to be saved for themselves. It will resonate if it is explained correctly. People don't like what is ahead.
Look at the 2010 elections. Obama doesn't even know what's in it and he doesn't care. Democrats don't care about denying people services.
It is not John Roberts brilliantly tipping the election to Romney. What was "original intent" of Founding Fathers, "Is this what you had in mind?" Timelessness is the brilliance of the inspired Constitution. It is the greatest document ever written by human beings; it is under attack.
To dwell on if it is a tax or a penalty is to lose the argument in November.
RNC/pundits are so use to defeat they try to find a morsel amidst huge defeat. Push back! Beat [ObamaTax] back and into submission. Look at DMV: all around us is evidence that Big Gov't can't manage anything.
It's insane to say those that created this mess can fix it. We need to move media from outside the beltway in DC. Whether it's a tax or a penalty is not the important thing. Nobody wants it: it will take more than others are willing to fight for. Our base is already fired up. They are waiting for leadership. They don't want to hear John Boehner say, "I don't think we can change this."

There is a new poll out saying young people think little about the decision from the Supreme Court. That is because our side doesn't point out what is involved. Obamacare (with Abortion, taxation, fines, Medicare, Etc.) stays. The law of the land is now Obamacare! It is a 'good thing' to violate the Constitution?
As things stand, there is no 'silver lining'. It is all a disaster!

Seg#3: A big hole is blown in the Constitution — hangs by a thread
Let's have 'Open-Line Friday' on Tuesday. Look folks, we lost a huge decision last Friday. We have to beat this back and we must. WE HAVE TO WIN BIG IN NOVEMBER, and we can't tolerate [weak RINOs]. If Chief Justice John Roberts really wanted to throw this back to Congress, he would repealed it.
Instead, he upheld it and it is now the law of the land. Corruption!
Insist on 'Originalists' being appointed to the Supreme Court.
There are people 'in denial' on the decision: 'wait till November.'
Everyone will be miserable except the rich. The Rich don't play according to the rules in Cuba or anywhere because money talks. They will still have private practice best care.
Look at the fires in CO and elsewhere; lunatics blame Global Warming and you for eating a Big Mac. They will have the power from Obamacare to dictate to you.

Seg#8: Make a dime over and you pay full price
An individual can qualify for a state-run exchange if they earn less than 400% of the poverty level. That's $44,000 or less. You make a dime over and you pay full price and it won't be cheap with nowhere else to go.
If a state does not comply and does not set up an exchange, then such an individual is lumped into the federal exchange where there is no funding.

AEI Jim Peppikukus writes Obamacare won't happen like Obama thinks: it will be more expensive. Government entitlements always are. When states don't join, it will be more expensive for the federal government (your tax dollar). MA, CA, and IL are far along with state exchange, but most states won't be ready in 2014.
No question a second Obama term would bring more recession and a breakdown of healthcare. Obama doesn't care—he only cares about redistribution. He wants to be the Dictator over behavior. The more it breaks down, the more he likes to take over.

During a Congressional baseball game last Thursday night, Democrats "taunted" their Republican opposition. They chanted, "Justice Roberts." That, according to Al Hunt, in a New York Times blog entry titled: "Washington Flip-Flops on Justice Roberts."
The Supreme Court Chief Justice is now the darling of the left. More evidence: New York Democrat Congressman Gary Ackerman says Roberts has "rebranded himself" by upholding ObamaTax. The Hill reports Ackerman held up a sign reading, "Obama-Roberts 2012."
Over the weekend, the New York Times gave a very favorable review of the Supreme Court's term, celebrating that it "has entered a new phase." How's this for praise? "In the last term, the Roberts court proved itself resistant to caricature. In the decision to uphold President Obama's health care law, which sustained the most significant piece of social legislation since the New Deal, Chief Justice Roberts recast the legacy of his court and improved the political fortunes of a Democratic President."
Oh, joy! Likewise, the Washington Post has kind words for the Roberts court. They happily point out that in the last term, "liberals were in the majority as often as conservatives." The line between "liberal" and "conservative" is, according the Post, "blurrier."
The left isn't just "spiking the football" after their Obamacare win. They're spiking baseballs, volleyballs, footballs, hairballs, and every other type of ball that they can find, wherever they can find one. Or two. At least Justice Roberts is loved by the left. He should enjoy it while it lasts.
