Your Rush Limbaugh Echo for Friday, 10/5/12
Student NOTES from Institute seniors, not 'official'
Opening:   So the ECONOMY is back!  114,000 new jobs.
_____________________________________________________________
Segment#1:  We need 400,000 new jobs each month to offset Obama
I told you last December the feds would find a way to get the unemployment number to start with a '7' rather than an '8'.  It is fudged and Obama's approval numbers bump up.  Here we are again.   The way the number goes down when people see 'no jobs' and drop. They also compare 'households' now.

There are not enough 'new jobs' to keep up with population growth.  The 'household number' is just a wild guess.  The U-6 numbers counts everyone and remains 14.7%.  Real unemployment is 11% not 7.9%.  They eliminate 1.1million jobs this year, so far.

It's like Obama declaring the temp as 78% no matter what's outside.

Brad Thor, noted thriller author, tweeted this was predicted.  Meanwhile, manufacturing jobs are down.  One other thing:  part-time jobs are counted. Are we now a nation of part-time jobs, without healthcare?  That is what Obama wants for Single-Payer.  It is Obama's New Norm.

Why would Obama want to go back to 4.7% unemployment?  That would mean less people dependent on government.  Obama doesn't care about you.  He tells the lie that Romney doesn't know there is a tax-break for outsourcing jobs.  THERE ISN'T.  His crowd had people laughing it up.

Obama complains about everything as if he had nothing to do with it.  He has been president for four years and follows Rules For Radicals, by Saul Alinsky.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rules_for_Radicals   Crisis?  Obama is the crisis!

Do know how many American people believe The Regime doesn't lie to them?  We can explain the bogus 7.8% unemployment and we are outnumbered.  In 2006 they hit Bush on a recession when there wasn't one.  "I'm doing fine but millions must be suffering."  Media props up Obama/Democrats.

Government creates a problem and then makes it worse trying to 'fix' it.  Republicans also offer new entitlements, like drug medication for seniors.

Snerdley, does 114,000 jobs created sound grand? We are supposed to be 400,000 to 500,000 new jobs a month just to keep up.
>>> We are not even creating enough jobs for new college grads.

_____________________________________________________________
Seg#2: American Enterprise Institute James Pethokoukis explains all
We are back.  American Enterprise Institute notes that 1.1million people have disappeared from the workforce, just erased by The Regime.  They just assume they are not looking.  That is how they fudge the number.  September had 114,000 created jobs which is the number you can put in a large NFL stadium, and we did that with a smaller USA population in 1962!
>>> www.AEI-ideas.org   James Pethokoukis is Rush's favorite on this.
With Bush, JFK, or Romney there is 500,000 per month, jobs added.
_____________________________________________________________
Segment#3:     Obamaphone!    Obamaphone!    Obamaphone!
Had they not fudged, the unemployment would be 8.4% had The Regime just not loped off those not looking anymore.  The Adm just guesses.  The household number is from just making phone calls and asking people.  They insult intelligence.

38,000 jobs were lost from manufacturing in the last two months.  And so The Regime tells Lockheed to withhold layoff notices until after the Election.  A number of aerospace companies are needing to make layoffs due to a contract not materializing. [John McCain fights this.]

I'm blue in the face, telling everyone about this since December.  Snerdley asks why people don't get it?   Obamaphone!  Dorks sit behind Obama, applauding.  Obama should not be getting one vote.  Yet, there is encouraging polling news.

10.7% unemployment rate if the workforce was the same as when Obama took office.  14.7% unemployment is the U-6 number which count all capable adults.

The recession ended in the summer of 2009, according to the Regime and at their rate it will take three years to make up the jobs that were lost under Obama.  It was 8.3% last week and now 7.9% just under half a percentage point down.
 >  >  >    That's not enough to write home about.  It's false anyway.

_____________________________________________________________
Segment#4:    Will USA follow the path of Greece and Spain ?
James Pethokoukis just posted:  Such a rapid decline in unemployment would require an economy growing at 4.5%.  We don't have that!  It is all to create a false-positive of needing more time.  It's just now starting to work.

Really?  What is it causing job creation?  Obamacare?  Stimulus Bill spent years ago?   Massive Debt?   All we have is rhetoric:  "It ain't going to happen on my watch!  We'll do better in the next term."  And idiots sit behind him applauding.

Obama doesn't want growth except in government.  Now you know why the media goes along with Obama.  They don't hound him, they don't press for conferences, they want him to make these claims so they can amplify the lies.

The latest excuse for Obama in debate was he had brain-freeze because Romney was telling so many lies he couldn't decide what to attack first.

Caller-NC: Yes, our intelligence is insulted but we understand the food prices, gasoline prices, and the economy.  Obama should keep his Southern voice.
Some days!   I see people applauding and I can't see straight.
>>> We can survive four more years of Obama but
>>>>>     we can't survive people who would vote for him.

Seg#5:  Rush Limbaugh played charity golf with Greg Anthony
>>>>  NBA Greg Anthony in Nevada endorses Mitt Romney.
KFI News:  'Big Gulp' if you are driving a gas-guzzler: up $0.20/gal in CA.
_____________________________________________________________
Segment#6:   Karl Rove speaks about reality and gas prices
(Theme Music) Almost always right, I predicted The Regime would do this.

Obama continues to tell the lie that Obama wants to cut $5TRILLION in taxation on the rich.  Romney refuted it three times in the debate.  "This country does not succeed when a few at the top do well" Obama says today.

When we talk about 'entitlements' we mean programs. When Obama speaks of 'entitlement' he means [socialism] success for everyone, even if they don't earn it.  Obama wants to be in charge of who succeeds and who doesn't.  When you become successful, you become his target, not paying your fair share.

Nobody is entitled to success.   Obama plays class-envy.
He doesn't talk about successful people respectfully.

[Rush Team plays clips from May predicting fudging stats, finding people giving up looking for work.  This fudging would embarrass Stalin or Lenin.]

((Clip-CNN:  The jobless rate is a little bit better than expected;  the surprise is 7.8% unemployment.  You can bet President Obama will be trumpeting.))  If there were a Republican president, anything over 5% unemployment would be bad, bad, bad.  But "this is real today."

Karl Rove was on Fox with Martha MacCallum.    [Carter-level]  Keep a sharp eye on the gasoline price, not reported much in Drive-by Media [DbM].  Snerdley complains.  It is just as big an issue as always.  They are not blaming Bush and know Obama does not allow exploring, drilling, and bringing prices down.

What are the long-term ramifications of the First Debate and Obama being out of his league with no answer when confronted with our ideas/visions.  All he can do is lie about Romney.  He might confront Romney next time but he still can say nothing more than, "Do you want four more years of this?"  Obama's ideas don't cut it.  Obama was confronted with the Truth and they don't know what hit them.  They are in shock, confronting Reality.

NYTimes Charles Blow said he was on Valium to calm him down from being so wired.
>>> We'll continue after a 'holy prophet' time out [for profit].

_____________________________________________________________
Seg#7: How many likely-voters will support Obama's fantasy worldview?
They lie about the 47% comment of Romney and so use it only in ads.  They don't want Romney refuting it in a debate.  The fantasy-Romney they created is what Liberals believe. Same with their view of Conservatives, "That wasn't the real Mitt Romney."  They are sick.
>>> So the real Mitt Romney is not real;  the one they make up is real.

ED note to Romney:  Your opponent is attacking your personal ideology!
You need to attack his Marxist ideology and not just his policies !!!
Watch the movie "2016: Obama's America"
"Love him or hate him, you don't know him."

_____________________________________________________________
Segment#8:     Alinsky-ites don't mind if Suburbanites suffer !
It is beneath the arrogance of the Left to study and understand Conservatism.  Then Romney shows up and they can't believe it.  Talk about 'real', that was the real Barack Obama in the debate.  Romney, you, and I, are the real people every day.  Romney has been real every day of his life.  Obama was exposed as the fraud.

BTW, Joe Trippi ran a Democrat campaign and noted that 20 minutes into the debate, voter registration for Republican doubled, and continues.

The latest excuse on the debate is that Romney had notes on his person.  They just can't take it.

Caller:  I just paid $4.75/gal in Irvine CA.  Do the math and you see $42.00 more per fill-up.
With so many cars, you are the reason some don't [satire]
Caller-still:  To LSmsD Chris Matthews that is chump change. Move to Detroit.
         What is your point?
Caller-still-angry: Obama couldn't even work in the mailroom. Wake Up!
Chester, Chris Matthews lives in Chevy Chase MD, no minorities.  You are supposed to suffer.  You are causing Global Warming;  Obama is not there to improve your live.  You use more than your fair share; [illustrative satire].

Former California residents are moving to Puerto Rica, low gas prices.  Obama doesn't like you living out from the city.  The plan is to make you suffer.  Sanunu was on with Andrea Mitchell and called Obama 'lazy';  the media went nuts and called it racist.  "Do you want to take that back?"  "No, he uses the word 'lazy' to describe himself with Barbara Walters, and thought debate prep was tedious.
>  >  >        All they have is to smear their opponents.

_____________________________________________________________
Seg#9:  If Obama can't unfreeze his brain in debate, he is unqualified !
Bob Woodward was on Fox and suspects Obama had distraction from his personal life or from an intelligence report.  Bob, are you trying to get back in good graces?  We have a dead ambassador not investigated, he doesn't care.  We all have distractions but need to show up.  It's called 'professionalism.'  If he can't show up for a 90-min debate, something is really wrong.

When we were young (back in the day when you needed talent to climb the ladder)  we marveled that the pro never had a bad day; you could not tell.  "How do you do this?"  The mark of a true professional in any field is to press through so nobody can tell.  And now a seasoned pro says this?  Did Obama hear from his brother living in a hut in Kenya?

Do you see the fake world Liberals live in?  They created a fake Obama they now see is not super-human.  He had brain-block or Romney had notes on his shirt sleeve.
>>> If Bob Woodward is right, that disqualifies Obama as POTUS.

_____________________________________________________________
Seg#10:  Our webmaster will find the clip of Obama on $4/gal being OK
(music, boba-boo-boba-loo)   Obama said that would make it palatable.
>>> Obama said the high gas prices would make Green Energy bill OK.
KFI clip today of Romney:  "If same number of people were working today
as when Obama took office, the unemployment would be 11% .!."
_____________________________________________________________
Seg#11: Sunsetting the Bush tax rates Jan 1 would blast our Economy
(Music) It's 'Open-Line-Friday' and even if it bores me, that's OK, call in.  This gas price rise: stories said it was not a big concern, "not as bad as you think" and we marveled.  It was like Clinton lying being cool. And when unemployment skyrocketed under Obama, "people are discovering each other" no pressure to be paid.  There were stories galore about finding hobbies.

Reuters and CNN said gas prices high are no big deal, media bias.  "Exploiting anger over gas prices" and we can compare that with Bush.  ((Clip-Obama-in-June:  I would have preferred a gradual adjustment.  If we take some steps to help people make the adjustment . . .  like helping automobile companies.))  He wants to help them adapt to solar energy.  It is not economical now.

For intents and purposes, the alternative doesn't exist.  Obamaphone!  Call Obama to complain he sends you a phone and tells you how to vote. Economic suffering is The Plan.  Chester in Irvine California has too many cars and that is not right.  He is using too many resources.

((Clip-Walters: What is the trait you deploy most in yourself?   Obama:  There is a laziness in me;  I want to sit on the beach in Hawaii.))  So what's the big deal with Sununu saying it?

((Clip-Biden:  Yes, we are going to ask the wealthy pay more.  Come on, man.  We want to let the Bush tax rate expire so millionaires will pay.  We want to raise taxes $1billion?  YES!))   [Romney and Ryan say he is half right since it will be $2billion.]  If nothing happens, the tax rates impact EVERYBODY!  They are rates, not cuts.  It will go up from 36% to 40%.   Not just the rich but everybody will return to rates of 2001.

How does taxing the rich help anybody?  Will it go to you?  It is obscene and pathetically stupid.  A golf friend of mine thinks Joe Biden is smart.  I can't relate.  It's a burden on you when the rich pay 36% or 40%?  The Bush tax rates are not just for the rich and on January 1st everyone loses.  Rudy Giuliani said if the tax rate stays the same, how is that a tax cut?

Obama knew in 2010 that not extending would be bad for America.
>>> Democrats still got blasted in the 2010 midterm elections.
ED: Plus the fact that all the 'rich' money would run Congress for a blink.
Rush Limbaugh says you can confiscate all their money only once.

Seg#12:  Long segment-11 means very short segment-12.
Caller: My wife listens to you and First Debate got my wife to switch.
Remember the quote you should reset your home temperature?
Caller-Ohio      (Not enough time)   Another NFL coach has been canned.
>>> The fired NFL coaches enter the unemployment lines.

_____________________________________________________________
Segment#13:    Stats can be manipulated so that they lie
DC Examiner  ((Reading:  PBS leader failed to defend Jim Lehrer; "too White and too olde for the job.")) Whoa!  That is usually reserved for me.  Our culture dips again.  My gosh, age and 'Whiteness' had nothing to do with it.

I'm concerned with football being banned.  Tennessee Titans has defensive coordinator Jerry Gray.  He wants his guys to play without worrying about fines.  ((Reading: You have to say, this is my territory! Enter the red zone and bring the Green Gatorade Truck [carry off the field].))  Sports media liberals were just waiting for such a comment.  We have a 'new' NFL.

Caller-gal:  Obama get the credit when Republicans boost states?
Wisconsin, Ohio rises.  OK and ND are booming.  Virginia?  Unemployment in the federal government is at 4%.  Washington Free Beacon (via Drudge Report) we learn today the two leading economists at the Bureau of Labor Statistics are big Obama donors.
>>> From 8.1% to 7.8% is 0.3% … Move on, nothing to see here.

_____________________________________________________________
Segment#14:         Join Heritage Foundation
I'm watching TV with Obama in Cleveland in the rain.  He didn't stop the rain and repeats what he said in VA.  People in Big Bird suits are showing up at Romney events.  I would have people dress up in Jim Lehrer costume to show up at Obama events.  Obama repeats his $5TRILLION in tax cuts lie.

((Clip: It will not being anywhere close to $5TRILLION))  CNN checked it and Stephanie Cutter admits it isn't true.   Why did they even bother?  ((Clip-Obama:  We can't eat as much as we want, drive our cars, keep out temps at 72 degrees and expect the rest of the world to say OK [and suffer].))  That's what he said in the 2008 campaign.

The Heritage Foundation will keep you informed and make you proud.  Even after a Conservative landside in November, vigilance will be required.  The Heritage people have influence with legislators and will be our 'watch dog.'

Until now, President Obama has been vastly outspending Mitt Romney on television ads in the swing states. Those of us who were cheered by Romney's excellent fundraising–he can't possibly equal, but has actually approached the totals achieved by the Obama money machine–have been waiting impatiently to see that money spent in a visible way. With 30 days to go in the campaign, Romney is hitting the air waves in a »

Today, the Labor Department reported that the jobless rate in the U.S. dropped from 8.1 percent to 7.8 percent last month. This is the lowest rate in approximately three and a half years. But there's a problem with the report: it doesn't make sense. As Kevin Hassett points out, the 114,000 net jobs created in September is well below the average for this year (146,000) and the average for last »

In the post immediately below, I offered my view on the Labor Department's jobs report, which says that the unemployment rate dropped from 8.1 percent to 7.8 percent last month. In sum, the purported improvement indicated by these numbers appears to have little or no basis in reality. Mitt Romney responded quickly to the report: This is not what a real recovery looks like. We created fewer jobs in September »

A Debate Rout of Herculean Proportions
I am elated to report to you something you surely already know: Mitt Romney trounced President Obama in their first debate. The rout was so decisive that even the liberal media cannot spin it the other way.

There is no need to grade this on a curve. Romney did very well in absolute, not relative, terms. He didn't just do well compared with Obama's poor performance; he really shone, in every category. He proved himself to be very knowledgeable on policy and business, quick on his feet and able to deliver zingers as graciously as possible under the circumstances.

Obama, on the other hand, didn't just get edged out by a man who performed slightly better on a given night; he turned in a very poor performance. It wasn't just an off night for him. It showed that he isn't conversant with the essential details of the major issues at stake in this campaign and affecting our nation.

Obama is so often insulated by his teleprompter and his rigid control of the few news conferences he has that some haven't caught on to his weaknesses. But those were laid bare last night, as he couldn't hide his ignorance on so many critical issues. (You would think more people would have caught on by now from witnessing, for example, Obama's inability to identify the size of the national debt on David Letterman's show to within $5 trillion.)

The debate didn't turn on a cute turn of phrase or a clever one-liner or two; it was a comprehensive slaughter on substantive issues.
