Congressional Budget Office delayed six years of health benefits to keep Obamacare, when voted on, under $1TRILLION. Lately, the CBO says it will be double, to $2TRILLION. House Republicans go bananas over the $340billion.
Then The Obama Regime announces they have hired new IRS agents to enforce it. $340billion in a year? That happens with entitlements every time. Good work from Republican Charles Blahous overseeing accounting practices.
I am stunned that anybody thinks $340billion is news! I am also stunned that anybody thinks Obama policies will fix Obama deficits. Folks, you are so far ahead listening to this show. [Rush is very passionate, taking loud and fast.]

We knew Obamacare would bust the USA Budget wide open, and there are those even on our side now surprised.
The Regime is sticking with the Lie that their plans reduce the Deficit. It is the same gang that brings down unemployment. They make it up and know their sickifants in Media will report it as news.
Paul Ryan has been warning people for months about the huge deficit that will come with Obamacare; his is mocked and laughed at.
Even AP reports that Obamacare 'savings' is from double-counting Medicare cuts: The Regime counts it when they 'cut' it; and then recount it when they put it back in. CBO did that first, and now say it can't be done.
You know full-well this will cost $2Trillion, we will have Death Panels, [etc], if it is declared constitutional by the Supreme Court. Ask yourselves and your friends, "Why do we need 4,000 new IRS agents?"
If Obamacare were to increase the deficit, then it should never have passed.

To get Obamacare through without a 'sunset' provision, they brought it in at $118billion under $1Trillion. Congressman Joe Wilson yelled, "You lie!" and look what happened to him.

Seg#3: 88million non-working Americans vs 82million living in Germany
Not only does Obamacare place a new tax/fine on the uninsured, it also puts a tax on 'high-end' people that have insurance already: hence, the 4,000 new IRS agents. $500million is diverted from somewhere to hire them.
Obama spoke at the same place as Winston Churchill to say: as founded, this country has never worked, meaning 'capitalism'. He thinks people cannot take care of themselves. "You're on your own" never works, he thinks and now says.
"Obama policies will fix the unfairness of over 200 years." It just begins.
Like he told the Russians, 'After Election 2012, I will have more latitude.' You see Social Darwinism in Communist countries where they actually eat dogs. This is how to understand every speech Obama makes. You should be scared to your wits end.
A chart is worthless on the radio; so I use different ways of persuasion. How do I illustrate the reality of unemployment? Romney should use this. RINOs need to be swept aside. The number of working Americans out of the work force is 88million, out of a population of about 300million, is larger than the population of Germany, 82million.
Jim Geraghty at National Review talks about the Buffett Rule and points out it will only raise by $5.1billion. So now The Regime changes their tune to "Fairness".

Seg#6: IRS Agents will help you opt in when there are no other options
(Theme Music) Another lie, repeated often, "What is dragging down our economy is the growing gap between the ultra-rich and everyone else." That's a direct Obama quote. He believes it. The opposite is true, jobs need to be created.
There is no capitalism without capital and there is no capital without the rich.
AP and everybody is breathless about the $340billion added by Obama. It is outrageous what Obamacare does to doctors, healthcare, and our economy.
I know Jay Carney and Claire Shipman his wife. Robert Gibbs left to earn some money while there is some. Carney called me one day for a story he was doing. I saw him once at a national baseball game, Washington Redskins. He moved from Newsweek to spokes-kid for Obama.
((Clip-Carney: This is about enabling the IRS to assist small businesses.)) There is our answer: 4,000 new IRS agents to help small business. Did you know you would get assistance to comply with the mandate?
"Did you know you are missing tax breaks, because the law is that you must have some. Or if you are a really small business, we are here to provide healthcare insurance." It will be a friendly visit. "The Law requires it."
Snerdley is asking me some questions I can't answer. Suppose you are the coyote and having trouble catching the roadrunner? How would agents help? They will help you avoid the seductively low fine. Would people tell the IRS to pound sand?
The fine is set low for the first few years, purposefully. Insurance companies were early supporters because of the Mandate. They applauded. "My ship has come in, and I am at the dock." Whoa! If you sold Happy Meals, wouldn't you like the government forcing everyone to buy them? If you were GM, wouldn't you love it if everyone had to buy a Volt, by law.
What they didn't notice was the low-low fine; people will be fined rather than buy in. Then the fines will cost much more than the fines. But later, where do you go as the private industry has opted out? A state-run office. It will be the only place you can go.
If you don't, you will hear a knock on the door and you'll look through the peephole to see:

They are government workers and will work elsewhere in Obamacare. A government job is 'forever'. They could try to replace The Mandate by giving Medicare to everybody. It would be the biggest campaign issue ever, "Five Republicans on the Supreme Court just took away your healthcare, they don't care about you." Four rich White judges and one confused Black justice, uncle Tom, did this to you.
Leftist look forward to the opportunity. They never admit failure, like Global Warming. You could show cooling for 15 years and they still accuse you: "You have caused this massive destruction to Earth, but you can redeem yourselves if you buy a golf cart for your family car."
The Trayvon Martin caused happiness with race politicians. Normal people are not happy, but Leftist activist are. They then say, "You are to blame." It's your fault that polar bears have no place to live, even though the polar bear population is at an all-time high.
Turn your life into something meaningful, by buying a Volt. That's their technique: send you on a guilt trip on any of their issues.

When you discuss this with friends and family, you should say the truth: "Five Supreme Court justices has just saved your private healthcare insurance." Your employer would have paid the 8% fine and you would have lost out.

Santorum has suspended his campaign, God bless him. It allows him to continue to raise money to pay off his debt. I don't know why. Negative ads drove Newt and others out; the women took care of Herman Cain.
[Rush Limbaugh goes back to relive the Republican campaign since last summer.] Historically, run to the right to shore up the Conservative base; and they move to the middle to go after the precious Independents to ride to victory. That has been what advisors have said since the burning bush.
Do not doubt me when I say establishment Republicans are embarrassed of Conservatives in the Republican Party, I'm talking about those in DC.
We had landslide victories in 2010 centered around an idea: Liberty and Freedom is what made USA great and will win elections. People saw America being tossed and they came together and were given a name. Media didn't tell the truth about the loss of 700 elected offices. It was expected that a presidential hopeful would arise and give Tea Party a face.
It was expected ideas would secure the WH, but that didn't happen. Instead, the Republican establishment made no effort to secure the support of Tea Party conservatives. It frustrated many who had high hopes. [Rush doesn't mention himself, but you can tell his passion.] Supporters of the more conservative-positioned candidates have seen negative ads.
Newt Gingrich saw the ads and was livid! His passion focused on defeating Romney, but switches his rhetoric now. There is a degree of sadness over the loss of conservative opportunity, viewing Obama's [hammer].
Remember how media on our side was going to throw in the towel and point to 2016 if Romney didn't lock it up in WI or somewhere. 'Get Jeb Bush in August.'
I just want to prepare you for something, maybe not now, but for later. I'll save it for various outcomes down the road. This is best judgment for now.

This is just what I was talking about. I'm under no illusions. Romney came by here and I met with him for half an hour. I mentioned to me he needed to 'shake things up' to save America for his grandchildren. He sounded just like you and I, about the Obama/Democrat threats.
Had you been in that conversation, you would not have doubted his conservatism. He sounded just like me. Will he stick with it? Contrast that with Obama, thinking America was founded to fail. Obama wants to redistribute.
Romney agreed with my position and agreed it had to stop. But last week Obama condemned something and Romney jumped in five minutes later to condemn the same thing. It was about women and golf tour in Augusta.
If Obama wins, the Republican establishment will once again blame us.
Of course, that would be bogus. Conservatism wins whenever tried.

How ideological will Romney be now? Will he continue to talk like a Conservative? It won't take very long to find out.
Obama Team will switch from the Buffett Rule to the Romney Rule. OWS has already prepared. It is time to put on the flight jackets and take off.

People have to be reminded. He is running as someone who hasn't shown up to do the job. "America hasn't worked and I'm the guy to fix it." It is incumbent on Romney (or our nominee) to point Obama out. Talk about America. Barack Obama sees America as a crime.
You can count on one hand any accomplishment that Obama cites; one of them will be Obamacare saving money. Countering will require confrontation, confidence, and a good Conservative candidate.

As to why Santorum got out, I think it is pretty obvious: I don't think he could convince Newt to join forces with him and take this race out to Convention [August in Tampa FL] and I don't think he wanted to do that with Ron Paul.
He just saw he could not put a coalition together, and that was it.

Newsbusters busted NBC. In the unedited call, Zimmerman actually said: "This guy looks like he's up to no good. Or he's on drugs or something. It's raining and he's just walking around, looking about." The dispatcher then asked, "Okay, and this guy, is he white, black, or Hispanic?" Zimmerman answered, "He looks black."
• March 31: NBC told the Washington Post they'd investigate. Reuters reported there was "shock" inside NBC that its editorial controls failed.
• April 4: NBC released a statement, regretting the "error made in the production process," apologizing to their viewers, and promising to take steps to prevent a repeat of the "error."
• April 6: the New York Times reported that the producer involved in the "misleading segment" had been fired by NBC. And that, quote, "people with direct knowledge of the firing characterized the misleading edit as a mistake, not a purposeful act."
Even with all these new organizations, we still don't know the producer's name. Is he or she black, white, or a white Hispanic?
